Yes;  there's a buzz in the air. Is USF is finally going to do something on a Big East level-hire a BB coach who can compete in the toughest, meanest NCAA basketball Conference?

Thats exactly what I said.  If you are going to be in a big time conference you have to act like a big time school.  If we were in the sunbelt still, then yes go with crm.  But this is the biggest and most powerful bball conference in the country and we are/were acting like the little step brother that doesnt belong hanging out with the big boys.  Hiring Huggins would show the country we are serious about winning and will actually do something to get there.  

Typical USF would keep crm and maintain the status quo accepting mediocrity and excuses year after year.  A more progressive, agressive, seeking the big time usf would can him and hire huggins.

Disagree.  If we're gonna fire mac, better bring in a name and a proven winner at this high level.  Firing mac to bring in Joe Blow from Western central Ohio university is taking a step back again.  he'll have to tear it all back down and rebuild it.  If we can't get a name, then Mac should stay.

 This is a done deal.  This is the exact same buzz that was going around weeks before USF was admitted to the Big East.
