Guest BullsFans
They also "operate" Red McEwen Baseball Stadium, the USF Golf Course, the USF Soccer Stadium, the USF Varsity Tennis Complex, and the USF Varsity Softball Field. How does a contract to operate a facility "technically" or otherwise effect the ownership of the property?Facts not opinions please. It limits the University's liability -- and this has come up in several lawsuits regarding First Amendment rights at the Sun Dome.

So what if the Tribune decides not to cover USF altogether. It affects recruiting, endowments, public perception. That is just stupid. I guess they have never heard of freedom of the press. I guess we could change our name to the University of Cuba at South Florida.

SunDome Inc. runs the building and day to day operations. This was done for liablity issues and to encourage the SunDome Inc to make money and lower University cost.
