USF Show Band @ Storm game

I went to tonight's Tampa Bay Storm home opener and guess who was there....the USF HOT Show Band.  It was nice to see USF being represented at such a public event.  Hope to see em at more of em.

I was there as well and thought they did a great job.  

We were also represented pretty well in the stands...lots of fans wearing Bulls gear (at least where we were sitting).

I was there as well and gave them high fives as I was walking out of the game! They did a good job!

We need more integration into other area events like this.  Anyone got any idea how this came about?  Was this at the request of Storm management, or did USF get this placed?

Good stuff... that game airs tonight on Fox Sports South here. I'll have to watch/listen for 'em.

The Athletic Band's office (mainly the show band director) got the gig.  It was a lot of fun.  All of our gigs are posted on the web site at http://band.arts.usf.edu/sbgigs.htm

We may be doing either a Yankees spring training game or another storm game.  Depends on who lets us do what.

Good exposure for your program.  Our band plays at most of the Orlando Magic games, but are given blue uniforms and recognized as "Momentum."  As a fan, I would rather see them trade the paychecks and uniforms for some ucf exposure.  You guys sound like you have a good deal playing at the Storm games.
