Recruiting means little compared to coaching.  Look what Oregon did with a backup QB all year...10-2 after dropping L's to USC and OU.  Their class isn't even 10 spots ahead of us.

Unlike USF, WVU will be signing a small class as they are limited in scholarships this year.

WVU's class is far from great...but one reason why they almost the same "pts" as USF...is because they have about 50% less recruits (only 14 vs 26 for USF).
