I said and I quote "The guy is in his 1st year as offensive coordinator!" I know he's been here 5 years, but for 4 he wasn't offensive coordinator.

Are there any decent replacements still available?  If there are who are they?  I would like to see Smith gone, but I don't know who we would replace him with.  Are any of the Miami guys still available?  I would be very surprised if Smith was fired.

Jeez...Sorry. You are correct, this was his first year as o-coordinator. Here's a suggestion though, don't be such a woman about things. I will try to be perfect, just for you, in the future but I cant promise anything.

Smith was the QB coach and the passing game coordinator before becoming the offensive coordinator this year.
