SoftBulls lead 7-0 after 5 1/2.  Ellis with her sub 1.00 ERA is on the mound, allowing only 1 hit and 1 walk so far.

Dumb question of the day...

Why do the ladies play softball and not baseball? I guess the ball is heavier and it's thrown underhanded, but are there other differences?

Not sure.  I guess, traditionally, it was thought of as a 'slower' game and more appropriate for women.  I really don't see why they can't play baseball, however.

I'm not sure, but they stopped one game we were way ahead in after 7 innings a couple of weeks ago. Maybe a team can say No Mas. LOL
