"I just like the atmosphere of the program, and I like the way I can fit into their defense."Jackson is a teammate of another Bulls' commitment, quarterback Alwan Lee, and said the two have been "best friends since pre-K." They'll both start in this weekend's Dade-Broward all-star game. Not in the St. Pete Times but of interest,  Jackson played in the Cali-Florida game.http://sunshinepreps.net/oldclips/Joseph%20Jackson.wmv

He will get redshirted and they will have him in the weight room constantly. or the kid could be fast enough to be a linebacker. One thing Leavitt knows is defensive players. He has had one down year in D since being at USF.

At 205 he would be the Gerrick Morris of Defensive Ends. This kid either needs to add about 40 pounds or switch positions. He is borderline too light to even play LB let alone the line. But he will be a FR, probably a RSFR in two years and in that time they can put a lot of weight on him. If he was an offensive player I would have more concerns about his development. Being on the defensive end of it I think he will be just fine.

I can see him bulking up and being a good weakside DE. Nice pickup though.
