3) H*ll Yes, and I'll be spitting, fighting, and pissing everywhere. And then I'll go into the game.

4) No, it'll hurt their motivation. And then you have the 'who should be paid more' issue. An even pay scale wouldn't work.

5) Not sure what you mean. Love the site, I give it a 5 out of 5 on an entertainment and knowledge scale.
