Now that Tim Tebow is going to UF their fans, those that I know at work are touching themselves over the news.  Oh well, he will be there for one year and then transfer somewhere else.

I heard Schaeffer to Ole Miss or NC State,  wishing he'd at least consider USF

Tebow would still be able to red shirt and Schaeffer plays 2 years, then Tebow would have 3, unless he beats out Schaeffer, then 4.

i've heard pretty much every school in the SEC and then NC State, and knowing the completely off the wall decision he made to go to JUCO in CA, I dont think anyone can predict what he will do... unfortunately, I have a feeling he wants back in the SEC to get back at UT which is terrible news cause he is an amazing QB.  If he was still here this past season, we would have been a lot closer to #3 in the nation like preseason predictions, instead of #73

Tebow will end up being a pretty solid quarterback.  Shaffer is a flash in the pan, with highs and lows.

You guys are still forgetting Leak has one more year of eligibility.  He'll be a four year starter, and won't be replaced unless he gets hurt, or plays really bad after at least half of the year.  Remember the Gators normally have two cupcakes to start the year.  Leak will be QBing in Knoxville in week 3.  After a few more 'easy games', ala Miss. State or Kentucky, he'll still be the guy taking snaps at the midway point.

Rocky, I though the SEC was the league of LBers this year because no QB had speed to elude them. Schaeffer would have been great for UT.

Looking at UF's schedule after the 2 cakes (So. PiSS and UCF) they have UT, then UK (easy) then at Auburn, Alabama, LSU

Not an easy schedule.

Zonald I was thinking the exact same thing. He was probably so pumped that Leak might leave after their bowl game and now....ohhhh noooo. Live and learn kids.
