Think it's curious that the financing addendum was released, then the $25MM gift was announced, all immediately preceding the BOG vote. I don't think USF has any issues in paying for this stadium, and announced the TGH donation to support that notation. USF needs this.

It isn't difficult to see inflation dropping really quickly and understand that rates will drop soon after.  As soon as car prices drop due to the glut of cars on the market we may see bits of deflation.  It isn't rocket surgery.

I’m probably going to get a new car in about a year or so. Not right now as the prices should drop further.
