By the way, the tickets for sale are not mine. 

Dinner is before the game, so getting there early is preferred.

Do all tickets in 102/103 include pre-game food? Thinking of grabbing tix for a couple games, but nothing really indicates on Ticketmaster or TickPick that these sections include anything.

Yes if you have tickets in 102 or 103 you're eating a meal. I saw some on Ticketmaster for WBB resale for $20. Thats a great deal, with fees maybe $50 for 2 with food, soft drinks and prime seats for our top 25 team.
