Ok, the Sunday after Thanksgiving is the last Bucs home game until Christmas Eve. Do you think the Bulls can get the field all done up for the WVa game, if USF beats UConn to force a 'title' game?

The Bucs would have 20 days to reset back to the Bucs field paint.

Im not sure...hell they couldnt cut the grass for this game, what makes you think we can actually paint it...Thats why we were slipping all over the place today...the field was in horrible shape...

Again as covered in numerous threads over the years, if the Bucs are not playing the same weekend, USF has the option to paint the field by ponying up $5,000.  I am not sure what the deadline is for making the decision (before/after UConn game?).

I did notice yesterday (I think for the first time), the USF flag was on the pole outside just north of the stadium.  That pole always had the tattered Bucs flag on it.

Well if USF doesn't want to pony up the money, how about getting a local business to do it and put their logo on the sidelines where the C-USA name used to go?

i wouldnt mind that either.. get someone to "sponsor" the logos, with the rights to have their own logos as secondary logos in the endzone.. The Big East Championship presented by _____.. kinda like how the big 12 championship has sponsors or how the texas/ou game is sponsored by SBC

If it will ever happen or should have happened...this would be that game ASSUMING we beat UConn this week.  This will end up with national audience.

It would be a crime if the field didn't have USF/Big East painted all over it. We need people to show up for that game, too.

The U in the white surrender flag looked worse than ever yesterday - a real strange green and it was kind of choppy (maybe from the grass being so high).   I would prefer they just paint over the flag with grass colored green and have nothing on the fifty for our games than the surrender flag.
