I highly doubt that Julmiste will not be our QB next year.  You have to agree, even though he has given us all minor strokes and unexspected jubulation at times, he will be a very tried and tested senior.  There is a lot to say for having significant game experience.

But as stated Rezz...CJL will play the person who gives us the best chance to win.  I just feel that will be Pat next year.  It won't hurt Grothe to take another year to learn the offense and battle with Hill.  Hill will be our #2 and should get more playing time next year.  Then it will be a battle between Hill and Grothe to see who will lead this team for 2 or 3 years.

Either way, I think the future at QB looks bright.

PJ will start as a senior and he has improved alot since he first started.  No reason to think he won't keep improving.  Will he be a great college QB ?  Maybe but his job is move the sticks and as long as he does that we will be fine.

If Ponton can rush for 1000-1200 yards and Nicholas remains for his senior yr, USF will be competitive in the BE.  Those are big ifs considering the OL loses 3 senior OL again.  Need to get the undergrad OLs on the field the next two games AMAP.

if pj was an average junior qb, he would have the job next next year

only at usf is there competition for qb position every year

why wouldn't pj be qb next year?

if leavitt stuck with pj last 2 years i beleive he will definitely be our starter next year
