You have to agree, even though he has given us all minor strokes and unexspected jubulation at times, he will be a very tried and tested senior. There is a lot to say for having significant game experience. But as stated Rezz...CJL will play the person who gives us the best chance to win. I just feel that will be Pat next year. It won't hurt Grothe to take another year to learn the offense and battle with Hill. Hill will be our #2 and should get more playing time next year. Then it will be a battle between Hill and Grothe to see who will lead this team for 2 or 3 years.Either way, I think the future at QB looks bright. No reason to think he won't keep improving. Will he be a great college QB ? Maybe but his job is move the sticks and as long as he does that we will be fine. Those are big ifs considering the OL loses 3 senior OL again. Need to get the undergrad OLs on the field the next two games AMAP.
