looking further at the numbers, i think we have a better shot than once expected.

i didnt realize that west virginia's QB is ALMOST as bad as ours! i thought they passed the ball better than they do.

looks like it'll be a running football game, on both sides of the ball. in that scenario, we have a **** good shot!

i think it'd be best if wva beats pitt.

while it would definitly improve the perception of our loss to them, i'd rather play a highly ranked wva. however if wva somehow loses to pitt, and we still win out, we will have sole posession of the BE championship.

Better if wva wins because of this reason. If pitt beats wva and we somehow lose to wva then we are back to third in big east and lose out on gator bowl because pitt has tiebreaker. If we tie with louisville we are the number 2 team ahead of them cuz we won. Wva needs to win out and so do we to set up the big game lets not think about anythin else! GO BULLS!

WVU is 2nd in the Big East in passing efficiency - 37th in the nation.

USF is 7th in the Big East and 108th in the country.

WVU's rush D is 1st in conference and 5th in the nation (4th in total D).

USF's rush D is 3rd in the conference and 37th in the nation.

Just a couple of stats to ponder.  While neither team throws the ball much, WVU is much more efficient.  While both D's are solid, WVU's D is better - top 10 in the country.
