It was.  We were appeasing the state and the NIMBYs by going through the motions of adding it to the master plan and getting approval.  The rest of the financing should go fairly quickly.

I actually like seeing the cost being 50-60mil as opposed to 40mil.  40 is too low for 45k seats.  I like the design because it gives the opportunity to expand to 65k.

I look at it this way, UCF is expected to get their OCS in 2007, 28 years after their first season of football.  Not to bash my Bulls and USF at all, but we shouldn't consider an OCS until at least the year 2020 or later

We should start considering one when it looks like we're going to need one ..... That may be 2020.

Or we are rolling in so much money we have no idea what to do with it.   ;)
