It's supposed to snow on Friday morning in Syracuse.  It should be nice, however, in the un-airconditioned Carrier Dome (ironic, isn't it?).

Spent my Jr High years in Danbury & Torrington ... won't be able to make it this season, but plan on making the 2007 game.

I hate to be bring some bad news, but talked to John Gerdes, the game at Connecticut has not yet been picked up, though he said he could very well be in the next couple of weeks.

Just to show I didn't start this incorrectly:

ODDS AND ENDS: The Motor City Bowl will scout USF's home game with Cincinnati on Nov. 19. A Motor City rep also attended last week's USF-Rutgers contest. The Motor City has a provisional tie-in with the Big East if the Big Ten doesn't have enough eligible teams. ... Because Sunday's Bucs-Washington Redskins game was moved to 4:15 p.m., Leavitt's radio show will be broadcast at noon (WDAE, 620-AM). ... USF's game at Connecticut on Nov. 26 will be televised on Catch 47.
