Everyone in Tampa loves him because he changed the culture of the Bucs, kind of like Tags did here, but where the Bucs shined by hiring a Jon Gruden to finish the job, USF hired a Raheem Morris ...

I love Dungy and he is football Oprah, but he is still quite human haha!
