I love watching the European soccer snobs get taken out one by one by the Americans.

I know its not the mens team, but still a nice accomplishment to take down Spain, France, and now England in the knockout round all by 2-1 scores on European soil.

One more to go for the world title against the Dutch or Swedes.

Anybody care?

Watched every game can't wait ti see what USF women do this year. We have a great team.

This is the only time I care about soccer, when the men national team plays, and the women in the World Cup or Olympics.....and maybe a little bit of USF soccer.  Otherwise, its not my thing.  But Sunday is a big Soccer Day!!

USA vs Netherlands for the World Cup championship Sunday at 11am.  I think if we play to our potential we should take this.  I watched some of the Dutch/Sweden game, and I wasn't overly impressed with the Dutch side.  Having said that, a lucky goal here a bad save there, and anything can happen.

Also, the Men's team is quietly in the Gold Cup final against Mexico.  They seem to be doing better under this new coach.  Would be a big win for this regime to win the Gold Cup and knock off their biggest rival Mexico in the process.  Hope we win, but I do think that Mexico is still a little bit better than us right now.

Women should win hands down.

Mens team is on the rise.  Christian Pulisic is a stud.  He is internationally good not just a great American soccer player
