Looking for a specific flag

Hey all! I k ow I rarely post here but one of my veteran friends is looking for a specific flag. It was the military appreciation flag they did with the U as an American flag. I attached a picture of what the U looks like. It would have been a white flag. Anyone know where to purchase this flag? 

 

I've already looked at the bookstore (physically and online), Google with multiple search criteria and Amazon.

Was there just one and is it for a house pole or a vertical flag pole?

It's 3 x 5 and has grommets for a regular flag pole. It is item # 332353368196. There were several available.

I used it to make a custom flag for my tailgate trailer. If you can scan that decal and send it to them, they might could make one for you. Their prices are fairly reasonable.
