Someone mentioned Sagarin.  I went to that site and found a way to calculate the predicted point spread.  We are favored by some 38 points.

USF is 84th.

UCF is 119th.

However, Sagarin ranks all I-A and I-AA teams together.

I think we were 92nd last week/pre-season so our performance at PSU did have a positive impact.

He had PSU 19, Bulls 15.
