If that were how this worked, absolutely. But the coaching staff says nothing even if it happens at practice. We didn’t know until gameday that Horne was out for the season from a practice related injury.

Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter. It’s nice to know as fans who we have and don’t have available but it doesn’t really change a thing by us knowing.

Sure it does. It helps me mentally prepare how the game is going to go. Houston did not really hide anything by saying Ed Oliver was questionable. It seems like an unecessary ploy by Charlie.

I do agree that it’s unnecessary, but ultimately what does it matter? If you’re going to go to the game, you’re going to. If you’re going to watch it on tv, you’re going to watch it. Injuries or not this has been one of the most mentally draining seasons in awhile. I don’t really know if it’s mentally possible for us to prepare, unless it’s someone like Barnett that’s hurt. I have a feeling media might be able to get ahold of that before it would be announced on Saturday.
