Big Shoop, I don't understand your point.  They only show top 15 on your list but that does not mean that ever team in div 1-A  does not have a ranking.  We were ranked 23rd that year.  Perhaps I am missing something.

I cant find a BCS Standings list that goes past 15. If someone finds one, I'll admit I was wrong.

The point is, Howie is arguing (with his green and gold glasses on) about 3 years ago. Get over it, and let's beat Penn State.

Well, the point I was going to try and lead up to, was that USF WAS ranked #23 in the BCS in 2002 when we had Marquel Blackwell and a bunch of good receivers.

This year we once again have many good receivers and have some NEW faces at QB. I thought I'd get into that, but we hardly did.

Here is a link to final bcs rankings.  They extend it to 25 the last couple years, but in 2002 it only goes to 15.  I do remember we were ranked #23 in the final BCS standings then.
