We need Valdes to go at least 5 to eat some innings, doesn't look like he'll even get out of the 3rd

Resting is not injured...If he said Shane is injured and cannot pitch then that is fine but saying he needs rest is not acceptable in the most important series of the season.  Have him go out there and throw 5 innings then go to the pen.

They are saying discomfort in his arm, to me thats enough to hold him out
