jfcohio, thanks! I got your donation via PayPal.  I appreciate your generosity and support of the site.

I also appreciate Mike's invitation to the rest of the members and guests.   We've not had anyone else contribute, but that is fine.  People do so when they feel like it.  And believe, me I get the $40 worth of entertainment too (well almost anyway   ).  

Clicking the ads of interest and doing the ebay thing helps too.  The $30 in recurring donations is a lifesaver and goes directly to paying for our connection to the internet.

Within a week or so of this initial post, I'll let you know how much is pulled in via the Google Ads below.  I hated to go the ad route, but those ads are pretty non-intrusive, blend pretty well and are in some cases topic-related.

Still for the 6th year we have a committment to no pop-ups and no obnoxious third party ads in the top half of the page (or anywhere for that matter).  As mentioned before, we pay to "Google Ad" this site on related web sites as well as other search marketing and placement.  If we get enough clicks, it can cover those advertising costs which run as high as $90/month during football season.

I'll update the following list of donors the site has been proud to receive contributions from over the last several years.
