If Atari can learn better tackling technique, he could be a very good strong safety.  I'm very pleased that another Knight has been signed.

Say Whaaa?  He's a strong frickin safety, if Atari hasn't figured out how to tackle up to this point then expect him to get run-over in the NFL just like the original Atari system got trucked by other video game system makers.

Great tacklers that play SS in the NFL have an innate ability to time tackles, always be at the right place and the right time, and to be very physical.  Just because Atari can run, and has some nice athleticism doesn't mean he's going to be a good safety in the NFL, and if he hasn't learned to tackle consistently up to this point then the NFL isn't going to be the proving ground.

Sorry but the margin of error in the NFL is slim and none.

I just remember how some UCF fans that "know football" used to say that Bigby was 10X better than JR Reed.

I guess PhatPhil knows football better than the NFL.

I think Atari could benefit from a few seasons in Europe.  The coaches there will either get him playing correctly or he will be gone.
