Judging from the other thread everyone is either in Section 8 or 9, which appears to be the 30 yard line to the Goalline approximately.  My question is who gets the seats between the 30s?

Typically sponsors and others related to the bowls.

Or anyone off the street.  Many of these seats are being sold to the general public at a considerable discount.

I picked up two in section 11,  row 55 from a ticket broker for $30 a ticket.   Tickets have $40 marked on them. I'm assuming they sell the end sections for $50 which benefits the schools and the middle part to the general public / corporate for cheaper just to try and fill up the stadium.    Didn't get my bonus this year so couldn't go through Usf for the tickets.
