yikes, you mean 'seizes the  moment', 'ceases the moment' doesn't have a particularly meaning but I would imagine that ceasing a moment would mean ending, or not fullfilling.

Let's hope he 'seizes' a number of moments next season, and USF seizes a number of games.

It's not a listing of the best players, it's a list of the ones who have a shot to be in the Heisman race. Hall is great and will be high on our list of top Big East players, but he's a long LONNNG shot for the Heisman.
