Taggart likes what the defense did, sad about the penalties late in the game, didn't want to give up those points.

 

Shouts out to D-linemen Awoleke (great effort) and Bronson(coming into his own).

I wouldnt be shocked if the defense regresses when Auggie leaves.  He seems to have that football sixth sense that Flowers has.  Seems to never have issues making the plays and he'll get some splashy

Auggie had an amazing game, Taggart says he played with more juice in this game.  Played like the old Auggie.

Billy was ready to go, Marcus (Norman) didn't have a good off week.  Billy (Atterbury) played well according to Taggart.

He does seem to be thinking too much on those short throws. When he's pressured or throwing deep he seems to be more relaxed and let's it go.

Syracuse runs the Tampa 2, Taggart says in response the middle may be vulnerable, but still need to be able to run the ball.  Syracuse also does some unique things up front on the D-line. - Taggart
