UCF is desperate, this stadium plan is their last ditch attempt to save the program from complete collapse.  If the stadium doesn't fix program, then you will see a slow steady decline tell UCF starts to contemplate dropping football all together.

I doubt they would drop football.  There are programs like Louisiana-Monroe, which never tasted any big time winning seasons and they are still around.
