The sky isn't falling, but Temple came in with a great gameplan.
They played keep away and busted a lucky run. We could just as easily be up 7 right now.
Looking forward to the second half, but we need to keep the defense off the field
For those interested, I used bosscast.net rather than firsrow last night. Seemed to have less ads to click out of and the stream was good (once it started in the second).
Just another option next time we are on CBSSN
I love that we are going for it. 4th and 1-3 inside the opponents 50 its guaranteed. And I think we haven't been stopped until tonight with UCONN!
Really aggressive, keeps the drive going and our defense off the field.
The hype for UCF on here and their board reminds me of when Mike White played his first game against Houston and played well in a loss.
It was fools gold. We weren't good. UCF isn't good. They will have multiple conference losses come thanksgiving, starting with Temple tonight.
Boring, but safe.
Surprised ECU didn't take a shot at DJ or Flowers after that last throw.
The game was over. I don't care about hurting ecus feelings, it's about protecting the players to me.
Hand the ball off to Sands to get him some reps and call it a day.
I agree with this.
The game was won. I have no problem running the ball with Sands or something but taking two deep shots with Flowers was unbelievable.
Okay, maybe luckiest game is a better way of saying it.
UCF has 3 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries, a safety, and a kickoff return. Sorry, that isn't happening regularly. This game was a fluke.
UCF played a perfect game on defense and special teams against ECU. They will win a few more games but East title? No way.
Especially if they keep Holman in, he is terrible.
I hate to say it, but it feels a lot like when Cosh was here.
This defense is just night and day from last year. They weren't perfect, but there was an intensity last year that is missing.
We will be fine with Kean and Olakadun (I'm sure I butchered that).
i was excited about Woulard coming here, but Flowers locked down the position last year, and it says a lot that Kean took the second string job.
He seems to have all of the physical attributes of a great college QB but just can't put it together I guess.
Cincy killed us in the Kelly and Jones years, Tubberville? Not worried about him.
They are a solid team but inconsistent, many fans want Tubs gone. If our offense brings the A game we should win.
