    Not sure what this has to do with Allen, but Mike Ruggles averaged 46.7 yards per punt as a soph at UTEP...he will be our starter next season with numbers like that...

    Chris Perry has become the worst scholarship player on the team...he is a joke out there. How is that even possible? It doesn't look like he is even trying when he is on the floor.

    600 yards and 35 points is great for the offense...sure, they left some points on the field (Taggart has way too much confidence in Nadelman), but the defense was garbage for most of the game...did they even prepare at all? That was the difference today.

    To me it shows the difference between CUSA and the Sunbelt...Sunbelt champ loses by 3 scores to a 3rd or 4th place CUSA team. Might be an indicator of what will happen tomorrow...

    Smazza hit the nail on the head...would I be shocked if we lost tomorrow? No, but when you are more talented at just about every position on both sides of the ball it only makes sense to have pretty positive expectations.

    It might be wise for Ciabatti to bring a pillow to this one just in case. I think we punt only if we get penalties, just like the UCF game. Our defense has done well against better teams than WKU. They did most of their work against truly awful competition...

    Taggart makes seven figures and gets to live and work in the area he grew up in and loves...there are some folks out there that aren't solely motivated by greed. Leavitt is one of those guys, Willie might be as well...

    Byrd is not only the best player on our defense, but the best safety in the conference...it is ridiculous that he didn't make First team, let alone honorable mention. He and Mack are hands down first teamers.

    what does this even mean? Blackwell was a 1aa QB. He was good for the competition he played against and had some marquee moments but he was small, not overly fast and waaaay behind Flowers, Grothe and BJ from a talent perspective.

    Chris perry is just really disappointing...he was better in HS than he is now. He made a nice play at the end, but I thought he would be an 18 and 12 guy by his junior year.

    The oline has been really exceptional this season thanks to Danny Hope. I was never really a fan of Thor or Brynjar before and feel we have better talent coming up behind them, but coaching can obviously make a huge difference and those two are prime examples.

    If we make the AAC title game I think we will win no matter who we play...we are playing that well and a very confident bunch

    Build a small, expandable stadium...we don't have that many real fans anyway...start at around 35K

    Having no PG is a huge problem obviously...OA should have begged and pleaded AC to stay. Peters and McMurray will turn it over as much as they score...
