The ACC 2.0 will have the same perception nationally the Big Least has currently. BigXII will be the better conference and with the right coach + good recruiting I could see us be very competitive there.

What makes you think we can compete in the ACC? Look who will be in the ACC if we get there...most of the Big East schools we are currently with(Which we have sucked against lately), UM(Which we have sucked against), and the leftover ACC(I don't know wins/loses but we might have done well vs the NC teams)

I would prefer USF get into the BigXII with FSU. I've heard rumors of FSU/UM to BigXii so why not USF instead of UM? Texas, OKlahoma, WVU, Oklahoma State, TCU, FSU, etc @ Ray Jay every other year would be awesome. But I would take anything that gets us out of the BEast

The names Auburn is said to be courting run the gamut from promising assistant (Smart) to mid-major up-and-comer (Dykes) to unemployed offensive guru (Petrino) to NFL pipe dream (Jeff Fisher). This job has been “open†for about a month now, and some of the names that have become attached to the job over that period of time included Dykes and Hudspeth from lesser conferences, to Holtz at South Florida and Tom O’Brien at North Carolina State.
