    After learning more about Taggert, I'm starting to like him. He could be a good fit.

    My faith has been restored a little in the Athletic Department. They showed some brass by making this move instead of taking the easy road.

    And yes, I know UTEP isnt in our conference, it was just an example as to how this conference is basically CUSA. I guess USF-Tulane would be a better choice as an example.

    The difference was our conference schedule was much better, so playing a 1-aa team and crappy OOC games were bearable. Now we have no high profile teams in conference. Last time i looked, I paid to see USF play... as stated above the SOS isn't changing much at all. Man if people put as much energy into supporting the team as they do ******** about uniforms and opponents we might actually have a fan base. Oh give me a break. Obviously I dont go to the games because of the other team, but watching USF-UTEP isnt nearly as exciting as USF-Louisville.

    No way Im going to keep paying to see these OOC games and the new conference games. What a joke. Im hoping this is all a bad dream and Im about to wake up...

    Our athletic officials are content with staying in the Big East. Go from small time to medium-big time back to small time. They think it will be okay, but they will soon realize it's not when the football games are back to averaging 15,000 people. No one wants to watch USF-UAB.

    I'm done being a season ticket holder. Not going to pay the money that I do to watch us play C-USA teams. Not worth it.

    If he is using injuries as an excuse, than its then his fault for not recruiting depth to overcome those injuries. There is no excuse for taking this program down the gutter as he has. No excuse.

    You would be wrong when you get those feelings. Have only gotten to know Bill a little in the last couple of years. Seems loyal to the program (doesn't mean he wouldn't take an AD job but I think he came from one). Very positive attitude. He gave us a tour of the dome and sold us on buying basketball tix this year. I like the guy. So how am I wrong for having those feelings again? You never elaborated on why I would be wrong. Regardless, thats my personal opinion. Doug seems to be much more visible. Obviously I know Doug IS the one running the show, I'm just stating that Bill seems more visible.
