If he wins conference championships, consistently gets to the playoffs by doing so, we better pay this man whatever he wants to stick around. He seems to get the potential of this program and could really build a legacy here. Once we get an OCS, there really won't be that much of a difference to other programs. The only real advantage bigger football schools will have is an easier time recruiting blue chippers. If we have a path to championships, it will be that much easier to convince all the Bay Area talent to stay home.
