    Correct on all points... and he still suffers from the delusions of grandeur... he thinks he's going to compete for QB1 in Gainesville.... hell... he couldn't even make QB1 in Vandy.

    Great recruiting tool for us. We're not swimming in the same recruit pond that UM is so it gets guys on our campus that may get turned down by UM. Win Win for USF.

    Did they used to play in Ellington? I wanted to attend a game or two a couple years back while I was a student but was told it was down in Ellington... which was quite a drive away I just checked their website and they still have the Ellington Complex listed as their rink: http://icebulls.pointstreaksites.com/view/icebulls/the-home-of-the-university-of-south-florida-ice-bulls-1 Ellenton and Palmetto are the same location... 75 separates the municipalities.

    Harlan has already nixed that idea... doesn't want USF to be the first to hire him after a show cause. Did he get an interview? Seems odd CWT would even interview him if that was the case. I'm just telling you what the man said.... Harlan said he didn't want USF to be the first school that hires Kelly back into the coaching ranks.

    He quit almost the exact same position here. I never knew about this. What happened? He wanted an on field staff position.... CWT didn't hire him for one.

    Agreed.... though there isn't one being discussed in this thread. Just a kid who moonlighted as a WR at Vandy and didn't really see the field while he was taking numerous shots at our program. But hey... he was average in High School so we have that going for us.

    He's wanting to transfer to a school where he has the opportunity to compete at QB.... though if UF came calling he might stick as a WR.

    I'd forgotten that he "transferred" to Armwood from Freedom after he lit it up his sophomore year.

    Unwritten rule? Get your head out of your ass..... Muschamp is pulling UF recruits to Auburn and UF is already salivating over Randy Shannon's guys he was lining up for Arkansas. This happens at EVERY school when staff changes. Hell... if we brought in someone and they brought one or two recruits with them you would be singing their praises. It's business.... kids commit to coaches not schools.

    The concerning thing is it's being backed up by former players as well. Not saying that some house cleaning wasn't necessary on the existing roster but it's the guys who stayed and graduated that are starting to make comments now concerning CWT. What does this mean? I've seen players from "my day" (Grothe era) complaining on Facebook about CWT. Are you saying his own former players are doing similar? Lindsay Lamar tweeted to that effect during the UCF game.

    If so, then they also manage Auburn, so your logic clearly has a flaw No... Auburn is a separate entity from the UA system. UAB would be much like FGCU before the split from USF. While they do a lot on their own they still are under the umbrella of the University of Alabama system.
