    Leaders have to make tough decisions. This guy (Holtz) is a complete loser and the evidence is in the games this season. How did you like watching that Miami game on Saturday? You are telling me talent-wise that we have dropped that much? A coach that has no idea how to work the game clock? The defensive secondary has to be one of the worst I have seen.

    U just don't understand how important this is. And not just athletically. Exactly. This is the turning point for a big source of interest and money.

    The academic snobs that make up the ACC won't add us to the mix LOL but I thought we were "recruiting the right way" now or something? If we are going to get publicly shamed and bombed back into the stoneage by Miami, I would hope our GPA is at least going up?

    that is how it works at USF at every level... USF has a leadership/management issue and its because almost all of USF's current leadership/management did not graduate from USF. We are the only university that does not hire alumni to run the University. If you go to any of the SEC schools their administration is stacked with alumni... here our administration is stacked with alumni from DeVry, Phoneix, and Rasmussen. As a USF MBA, I would love to nuke this thing and rebuild. It makes me angry to see organizations run so poorly.

    A-fking-men.....finally someone with some sense. agreed I'd rather compete at a lower conference than be a doormat in a higher conference. +1 -1 Being in the bigger conference would generate more buzz, especially if that conference were around us regionally. We would have increased ticket sales at home games and more regional fan travel to away games. It would be like a 'real' program. I think our conference is going to be come a weakness and the bottom will fall out if not already. Oh also, I don't know that the whole BCS conference thing matters after this year. You want to be in a big conference and set the expectations high. Granted, this is philosophically opposed to what Skip & the gang are up to lately.

    This is total and complete BS. We should be getting in the ACC talk at least. I agree that these couple of years with Skip/Doug ruining everything along with the lack of a move conference-wise has pretty much sealed the deal. I thought we had good facilities and a bla bla bla TV market?

    I would like to think that with all of the improvements we put into the facilities etc. Unfortunately, the FB aspect seems to be run by clowns.

    I've seen more of a dedication to the running game. This creates those longer sustained drives that keep the defense OFF OF THE FIELD.

    Today it sucks to be a Bulls fan. I have zero interest in this game, but these pesky season tickets that I already paid for. So I will go and miss all the good primetime games again... Maybe there will be more helmet throwing cursing meltdown awkwardness to witness? It's kind of like watching a trashy reality show or a slow trainwreck. Our house is starting to get that home crowd mystique. I think we need a nickname like The Library, or The Mausoleum. Oh snap, what's going to happen when UCONN has to go into The Library @ Raymond James?
