    I've been saying this since day one. College football has evolved away from the pro style power run game to a more spread type attack. But Willie keeps "square peg round holing it". Hopefully he tweaks the offense to a more spread attack and hires an OC that takes control of the play calling.

    He could give himself the title of OC and just hire an OL coach and then hire a DC and DB coach...might save a few nickels that way

    I honestly think this is what's really happening. As stubborn as everyone says he is do you really think he will quit? Everybody has a breaking point and if Harlan is making these hires and it's true that the next OC or Dc could be a coach in waiting it's possible he pulls the rip cord and follows Harbaugh to his next gig. After typing that, I agree he's too stubborn to leave on his own....

    Jeff Tedford as OC?....Had health issues with Bucs and now has clean bill of health and left Bucs and wants to get back to the college game
