Yeah, but I haven't been able to put "good" tracks on the band web site. Amuni has some older tracks that were recorded just for them, so anything they will have should be better. Once that darn CD comes out we will have a bunch of great tracks!

Touche... I agree... (since its my job to look out for Academics and not Athletics!) We can fit a great OCS on campus... somehow...

It's been mentioned around adminisrative circles... did it state anything in the Oracle acticle? I've known taht the dotted line was an "OCS placeholder" since Feb...

We are going to UCF, bar any crazy funding probelms.

The universities offical stance is that they are IN NO WAY, interested in University Mall. Could that change? sure... but we would still have all of the shopping and housing in between the mall area and Bruce B (with USF on the other side). The mall does not own that stuff, therefore you can't move em. DO REMEMBER, USF owns 600 or so acres of land north of Fletcher Ave, including the Claw.... which has been talked about before. It is currently being used for bio research, so who knows what you can do with that. I agree that with the location (south of the Sun Dome), it wouldnt be enough room. BUT, that might be something you would want to voice once they start talking about an OCS... as this really is jumping the gun. Of course, like I said, it is just a "placeholder" to keep the option of an OCS alive... the location could move anywhere. Just like the locations of the two parking garages south and west of the sun dome "could" change. It's not in stone, its just a "plan" that allows the public to know where USF is heading. I'll try to get clairification from Planning on the OCS. They mentioned it at the Feb 20th ACE workgroup meeting, but it wasnt in the meetings minutes. I'll look into it. I promise you that we are not building a parking garage in the shape of a stadium... although that would be funny... it isnt happening. The fields next to the elem school (south of the Sun Dome) are going to be the Patel Center for Global Solutions.... so I doubt they can run over or past alumni drive. Again, I would assume the OCS would go somewhere else, and that the dotted line is again JUST A PLACEHOLDER The Board of Governors really don't care, as long as we plan on creating the OCS. Thats the reason why we have a Campus Master Plan, to tell everyone what we PLAN on having, some things won't get built, and other may and will change.

We hope to release it in the Fall. I know very little about it, it is all being handled by Dr. R... I do know they have selected all the songs for the CD, so they should be well on the way to production, I hope! I'll try to find out more soon.

We should be gaining that many students, although standards are tricky. No one, even those in admissions, could tell you exactly what you need to get into the university. Of course they let some low GPAs come in, etc.... but overall our standards have increased, but with the larger high school grad rate, we have to create more spaces.

I talked personally with Planning about this, and that outline IS a dotted line for an OCS. The rectangle shape structures closer to business are the two new parking garages. The strange dotted like thing to the east is the OCS outline. It is just a "placemarker", required if we are planning on it in the future - shows the Board of Governors that we have looked into it in the past, location can change. BUT... no funds have been sent towards an OCS, although, they did discuss using the stadium as "academic" space, a joint use facitlity. Thats how FSU built Doke. Of course they call a golf cart storage room and classrom on the door sign An OCS is being discussed in places other than thebullpin.com, and I mean in very important places (Board of Trustees). If I ever hear more, I'll be sure to inform everyone. ---- On another note, if anyone got mad about the Parking fee hike, it is explained by the Campus Master Plan. It calls for a total of 8 parking garages to be built within 10 years. Now that many of our research buildings are built, our academic buildings are set to be renovated or new building built. Visual and Performing Arts is getting two new Music buildings and renovating FAH for visual arts for starters (if not vetoed by Jeb). Touche... We have enough stuff going on here... we don't need to hear about UF, FSU, UM, or UCF unless it's the article after the game we beat them. Sure a few article before hand to boost morale is fine too, but you get the point.

Sure... they might be getting better, at least a better schedule. I just don't want to eat my words the night of Sept 16th on the bus back to Tampa. I have faith in CJL, but no so much in Rod and the QB's, for obvious reasons... None the less, we still kick UCF's butt in everything but baseball, and even then we are pretty equal.

Does anyone really have a clue yet as to the bowl games? I doubt that has even been decided.

We will hopefully have CD out soon wih all of the music on it. I don't know about MP3's... when I get the files I might play with them and maybe post some as MP3's for download. But sorry guys, still no word on the CD's. Any more suggestions? Doesn't have to be just about stands music.

I hate smug UCF fans... I remember those days back in CUSA when we couldn't do anything becuase.... we were in CUSA. Talk trash when you guys play someone worth talking about. Just becuase you broke that horrible 17 games losing streak last year doesn't mean it isnt coming back this year!

I don't really want to use the Bowl game as an example... so I'll use the entire season.... PJ can't get the ball to people-- a large majority of the time! We have had great chances, and then mess em up at the goal line.
