    Mugtang, Where is the best place to tailgate? We need somewhere close to the stadium as we have someone with bad knees that has a hard time walking long distances. He has a handicap pass, but I noticed that the handicap lot is in a parking garage and tailgating isnt allowed in the garages.

    Usually they tailgate at the corner of Dale Mabry and Kennedy.

    I caught a great sale on Southwest last month for $150 each way.

    I attended the USF- sdsu game, and consider it to be in my top 5 for road trip weekends, more for the beautiful city and first 1-a opponent then the game itself. We stayed at the team hotel, the Marriott right on the water by a marina, great spot. First real alumni cocktail party friday night and tailgate party on saturday on the road and lots of USF spirit by our traveling fans. It was also the start to my annual or biannual road trip weekend that I have done each year since.

    USF should offer USF season ticket holders the ability to buy single game tickets for FSU before they go on sale to the general public. At least there would be an increased chance of those tickets ending up in the hands of other usf fans. USF is banking on the only way FSU fans can get a hold of the tickets is to buy season tickets. Remember when UF came to tampa for basketball? USF did the same thing then.

    Continental has non stops into newark for$168 total. Fly up the morning of the game, and then fly home on Friday.

    ESPN site is only listing one game on Sat the 8th for both espn and espn2. As we know espn shows multiple games on both channels on sat noon, sometimes 4 and then 7:30. If you look at their site, they only have 1 or 2 saturday games listed for the whole year.

    Too bad Josh Julmiste couldn't get his act together. He is a great athlete who would have complimented our D well.

    The cause has been worth it, just glad there are others fighting for the cause. The optimists just havent been around long enough and seem satisfied with mediocrity.

    We are in the exact same position as last year, but who is available for us to hire if Mac is fired. No big names to jump start the program like huggins could have done.

    to can the coach. How can anyone with any kind of expectations keep a coach that averages only 2 conference wins per season and who has lost 15 straight conference games on the road (maybe more going back into cusa.) If anyone watched the wisconsin/osu game today, you saw the level of excitement in that arena. Believe it or not, it used to exist at usf, back in the early 90's. Now its a dull atmosphere with no expectations to win. People are satisfied with having a winning record at home or being the 12th best team in the be just so we can go to NY and lose the first game, and waste $20,000 in travel expenses.

    You wouldnt call a kid who is mentally handicapped, stupid. just like you wouldnt call an incompetent coach, lousy, if you were in the business. What else are they supposed to say?

    Yeah, if you are the basketball team, but the BE is fairly weak in baseball. For a southern school to be 12-15 in a week baseball conference comprised of northern schools is pathetic.

    It keeps getting worse, our program needs so much work. Support is lousy, the coaching is lousy, games aren't nearly as fun to attend as they used to be. When will the ad step up, fire this guy and spend some money to upgrade this program to where it should be.

    I always thought every game was a must win. I guess around here, 1 out of every 3 or 4 is good enough.

    ANd huggy has gottent those results in 1 year. He will turn ksu into a annual contender.

    You are right that he was never coming here, but you are bitterly mistaken Flip if you think it was never considered. I know for a fact it was considered and discussed.

    All the goggle wearers last week were writing us into the BE tourney with ease, and even some talk of a nit bid. A win vs a top 25 team doesnt mean we have improved. It means nd had a very bad night, and we shot the lights out. Its the overall inconsistancy of this team. Mac has to go if usf wants to upgrade their program. But they also have to spead some money to get someone decent. Shame that we didint go after huggins, he is doing wonders at ksu.
