    I think the defense played well considering how long they were out there on the field.

    I was wondering about that also. I noticed two tacklers seemed to get right in his face when he went down. Grothe should not be running as much now that we have two decent running backs. They seemed to play with much more enthusiasm than we did and we did nothing to change that. The games with Cincy are alternating between wins and losses (2-2). So, are they going to be our grudge rivals?

    Ageed about the PA clips.  When HOT plays the first down music  the PA system playes "I'm Lovin' it".  There are many other times the PA playes over the band.  Quiet the **** PA system!

    I think it helps to contain the sound if it is a closed bowl, as the others have mentioned. ÂÂ

    I don't know where else would be better, given the acoustics of RJS. Maybe in the middle of the south endzone, although then they would be far from the students, with which they have a lot of interaction. RJS not being bowl shaped is part of the problem. If they were on the 50 yard line it would be better, but those are the expensive seats. I agree HOT is hot!

    He seems to have gotten more mobile the last couple of games (75 yards net against Louisville). Still, I expect some sacks from our defense!
