    Some stars have other people sign for them. I think Pete Rose was one. I have a 1957 FSL spring training baseball signed by most of the Yankees. Mantle and Yogi on the "sweet spot".

    We beat Pitt in 2001 in football and basketball. Their first loss in each that year, if I remember correctly. Will be nice to play a great team like WVU!

    We need someone (who will remain in the BE) to be in a BCS game from the Big East. It will help keep us in the BCS. Pitt seems to have the greatest shot at it so far.

    I think Pinella has done a good job with what he has to work with. The trouble I have with the Ray's (get rid of the "Devil" it sounds too AAA) is that they trade away all the good players that I'm interested in, such as Randy Winn, and the sightlines at the dome are bad. Even though at 5' 7'' I tower over smazza, I still have trouble seeing the field well. They eliminated my favorite seats in the upper deck behind the plate, the best place for a good view.
