  1. So....it seems like it is definitely the 8th!? Does this change where everyone is going to stay?
  2. Video of Coach Leavitt's Press conference http://www.tbo.com/video/xml/MGBTMTIP3XE.html Brings tears to your eyes. Coach is amazing. Prayers continue to go out to Keeley's family and all of the USF Community.
  3. We got an invite in the mail last year, but have yet to see anything this year. Hopefully word will be out soon!!
  4. Thanks for the heads up. Just reserved rooms there as well. Rooms are pretty pricey throughout the area. I would of been bummed if I went to book a room late this summer and could not find anything.
  5. The Ground Game Package: You arrange your own transportation to bowl destination. This package is sold out for the Sheraton Birmingham, but is now available at the Doubletree Hotel. * A one-night stay at official team Doubletree hotel * Game ticket * Ground transportation to and from stadium Single Occ: $207.86 Double Occ: $276.91 Triple Occ: $345.96 Quad Occ: $415.01 Travel Packages i already booked the hotel, just looking to see if there was a way i would not have to drive to the game from the hotel In Charlotte last year, we bought tickets for the bus to and from the game at one of the official hotels. It was pricey, but much easier than driving and the Bull spirit was amazing. I am hoping they will offer something similiar. they may not do it in advance, perhaps it is just something they offered to fill up any extra seats on the bus. Maybe someone in the know can share the info with us.
  6. The band makes a huge impact at the game!! at RJS, I don't sit near the band, but at UCF the band rocked! I was able to learn more of the chants and now I can lead my section at home games. they will be really important at the Bowl game in helping the fans and the team get fired up!!!!!
  7. The pre-purchased item was the green fleece blanket that had the USF logo and the MCCB logo on it. ÂÂ
  8. Sheraton....Papa Johns Bowl Special $105 (with tax) a night. You can make a reservation now and you have until 6pm on Dec. 22nd to cancel without a penalty. I am sure you can find cheaper hotels, but that is a pretty good deal if it is the Team Hotel!
  9. Penn State has the same policy. So we bought an extra ticket. However at the gate, they did not care.
  10. Steve & Barry's is open at University Mall where JCPenney used to be. Very exciting.....Everything is $9.98 or less. But, they only have a selection of about 6 USF T-shirts. Name a college (including Ruters, UConn, West Vriginia, Syracuse, Villanova) and you can get t-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, jerseys, etc. But if you want USF gear, this is not the place to go! After asking 5 people that work there if they knew if they were getting any USF merchandise, I came to the conlcusion that not only are they not getting any gear, but they don't care. Perhaps, I am jumping the gun and they will get more gear in, but at this point I am really disappointed. How can a store like this open next to USF and not be prepared to carry any of the goods for the fans. This would have been a great place to stock up on Green and Gold goods for the Bowl game, but guess we will have to look elsewhere. Call or write and let them know that we want Bulls merchandise! www.steveandbarrys.com 813-631-8129
