    We are the better team, they will double down on Miguel and Youngblood will have a big 2nd half. Either way keep grinding, that was always my motto in college however the meaning was a little different.

    Hanging around, playing ok, I like the start. The crowd is not too involved, keep grinding. Miguel will take over shortly, they can’t guard him.

    Loyola won which is even better because that means Dayton lost. Either way, we need to take care of business today, if we were ever to have a let down today would be it IMO. Let’s stay close and anything can happen.

    When was Beta a dry dorm? There was a convenient store that sold beer someplace downstairs around the corner. I never abided by that if it was, the RA was always complaining about the smell of weed all day long but never said anything about alcohol.

    Lived in Beta in 89, place was a dump but I went from the barracks to Beta so it was actually an easy transition. I can’t believe that place is still standing.

    I was thinking the same thing, however when you win I was lapping up everything he was throwing down, watching that prior to the season I would have lifted my feet to avoid the flow of bull. He says all the right things but more importantly he apparently does all the right things, it is really hard to root against a guy like that, way too likable.

    I like your thinking but the chances of missing the game is too high in some of these destinations, we may need to slow our roll just a bit.

    I wouldn’t either, can’t remember the last time I sat down and watched the big 10. The SEC is similar in that if I don’t have a dog in the fight then I am not that interested, similar to watching hockey, Men’s hoops etc. I know some think these two conferences are going to sleigh the world but I only see them fraction the sport and make it even more regionalized. They will be on top of the perceived mountain but it will look more like a rolling hill and the sport will continue to hemorrhage fans. I am not being butt hurt but being realistic.

    Not always, Texas A&M is high and they also charge a little over 400 dollars a year to students for an annual pass to the sporting events. They have revenue streams on top of revenue streams.

    I think many of us are looking at NOLA, should be a nice turnout for that one.

    Yes, this time of the year I look inward and am more concerned about us, **** Memphis, they can’t carry our jock.

    Not sure, he said lord willing he will be coming off the DL in a modified capacity next week. He responded quickly and that says a lot about him. Wish him well

    That may be my roady as well, gambling, booze and debauchery, it is like the mother ship is calling me home.

    It will, but we have the feeling of anyone at anytime, (except maybe Bama). I am not expecting to win every game but I feel every game is winnable (except Bama)
