  1. 7 free throws, wtf are we watching, the refs having ******* killed this game, a whistle every ******* 5 seconds
  2. That is what happens when you have two preeminent AAU alumni brainstorming splitting the atom, we are superior and deserve to be treated as such.
  3. Wow, I stand corrected, I was a young wippersnapper at the time and did not realize that, thanks for setting me straight. At least I didn’t watch Joni loves Chachi, or maybe I did only because Joni was stacked. That couldn’t have lasted longer than a season or two.
  4. That is a very good analogy, I waited patiently for the following weeks episode to watch Arthur Fonzarelli jump the shark not knowing that this was the beginning of the end of Happy days. Why did he jump it wearing his leather jacket, seems a little odd looking back.
  5. Blind leading the blind with misinformation, no information, simple conjecture and nonsense, carry on my young man. As your mentor, I only have your best interests in mind.
  6. I would love to make the tournament, and would love to play a blue blood, however playing KU and beating @NewEnglandBullwould be priceless.both their fb and MBB folded like a cheap tent, kiss my ass NEB.
  7. I will be in green drinking green at the the Dickies center, that is if we are still alive.
  8. This thread has come down to you probing Matrix for information, put a fork in this thread because it is all done.
  9. He is a stud and he is chasing cash and fame, would have been nice but the one and dones can punch their own ticket. I appreciate him trying to keep us in the conversation but never really felt like he was coming here. He is all about the dollars and we simply can’t compete with Kentucky
  10. This one hurts because I felt with this win and the first game we were getting an at large regardless of what some of you thought. I still think we are in play with a loss in the championship game but definitely not guaranteed. Either way we were bound to **** the bed eventually, and we did it in Tulsa. I have no idea if they rebound and come out guns a blazing but I would bet they will. The monkey is off their back, take a breath and realize you can’t win them all. This team is resilient and can ball, bad loss but we have suffered far worse, we are resilient as well.
  11. Take a breath, we laid an egg. It was bound to happen eventually, you can’t win all the games
  12. Agreed, you can’t shoot 19 percent in the second half and beat many teams, if any
  13. It was a stupid article but I would agree with the previous poster, your reading comprehension is suspect at best. It is hard for me to pass up an argument even when not involved. It said we were the 5th best team in the conference, we just got lucky. I do agree with you that who gives a **** what these nerds have to say, we are winning and that is all that matters.
  14. Our coach will be here next year, Dusty will be in the wind per my sources.
  15. What a rant, started early this weekend, I like it. Good points but not one of them will ever come to fruition.
  16. It is obvious to me he is back next year as is Youngblood, stroud and everyone else with the exception of Placer, Miguel and Hines. He will stay because he has the core, adding new pieces and can replicate that success again next year, the same reason Dusty stayed (team was back). Dusty is gone after this season (team is gone) much like CAAR will be after next year. He is a smart man and will strike when his stock is high and before the cupboard is empty. Timing is everything, these guys know when to hold them and when to fold and bolt.
  17. Maybe a little less if he leaves after the end of this month, , it is prorated. Maybe 1.9 mil
  18. Salary, contract details for new USF basketball coach Amir Abdur-Rahim WWW.TAMPABAY.COM Abdur-Rahim signed a six-year deal that averages slightly more than...
  19. I for one think everyone needs to slow their roll and I once again agree with Trips, the voice of reason. I obviously love the guy like everyone else does right now but you can’t throw out crazy money, especially when you don’t have crazy money. We will extend him and make the buyout higher but we are not going to offer 3mil, get that out of your head.
  20. I really didn’t hear much about firing CAG, he won the first couple conf games. Amir was a different story, 2-4 and losing to some really bad teams, Maine, Hofstra, CMU. Nobody said fire him but many thought he wouldn’t last more than 2 years. The turnaround was unprecedented and glad I was dead wrong about him along with many others.
