  1. If he is that good they would not have redshirted him last year seeing that we had no depth at DT, you would think somebody with your player evaluation skills would have picked up on that.
  2. I of course don’t wish bad upon him. not caring means exactly that. I will not root for him or cheer him on but have no reason to wish ill will either. We lost depth at a position we need depth. Why would I root for the guy to perform well somewhere else, we needed him here, just sayin.
  3. Thanks captain obvious on the Defensive assessment who would have known playing a safety and an end along with a couple true freshman at LB was not going to work out. People are in love with Waller however the coaches weren’t even sure which side of the ball he was going to line up in the spring so I will temper my enthusiasm about him. Sawtelle’s health is in question, Boyles and Grier were completely overmatched in the run due to inexperience and poor D line play. Not sure they are ready to take on an nfl back and a giant line unless our D line does a complete 180 from last year. I have been saying this is a different team however still many of the same faces and lots of question marks is all I am saying.
  4. The Super Bowl mvp #95 Richard Dent’s alma mater, I figured since you love to quote the 85 Bears, you probably knew of this connection. Either way i still think grades were a factor and he will not have an issue with them at TSU. I would like to say good luck but don’t really care what happens to the kid, he is doing what he thinks is right for him which is his choice, however does not mean we have to like it.
  5. Even the 85 Bears lost thanks to a tipped TD pass and a great Marino performance on a humid Monday night in Miami. I think all of us with the exception of Raider believe we have a chance. We are just trying to figure out how a team that was gashed by the likes of Tulane, UConn etc...is going to keep UW under 300 yards rushing.
  6. Don’t disagree, I drink all of it, not a rookie but i enjoy a variation, put a dent in this bottle today however had some help.
  7. New to the board and did not realize he was legit, not hating just killing time until the season kicks off.
  8. I know a guy who knows a guy. I have some earth shattering ground breaking information however I cannot divulge at the present time, stay tuned.
  9. Not sure any of us believe they can stop the run on UW, especially based on last year. Hoping for a fortuitous bounce or two. Who knows, bunch of kids, new offense coordinator, little more experience, gotta believe.
  10. Love Crown but have found myself immersed in Tito’s more often than not, gluten free and low cal, clear drink easier on the recovery. Add some sparkling water and it is a great smooth drink.
  11. He will average around 12 out of necessity because somebody has to score for them, I still don’t see them winning more than a handful of conf games, too many new pieces, maybe I am overly optimistic in their challenges but they will have a completely new team and they will struggle.
  12. Those are good times, both of those events are good, see you then
  13. Just an FYI, we lost to UCF and they are now facing UM in the second round. I knew you were following this closely and wanted to be the first to break the bad news to you. Maybe next year, keep your chin up.
  14. Thanks Triple B, have they named a happy hour spot for Atlanta yet, and any news on the tailgate tickets as well?
  15. Great arm, threw an absolutely beautiful ball. Hard one to understand, seen alcohol take loved ones but never food, either way seemed like a good dude and way too early, very sad.
  16. Forgot about Milon and the way he tore up the Colonial, should translate into 5-6 ppg in the AAC. I stand by my 10-12 place finish but will concede the cabinets are not bare however they still have a massive rebuild on their hands and will love seeing them suk this year.
  17. I will join, what is the benefit? Red headed step child for not a STH however want to support, need a reason, make me even with the cheap STH and I am game.
  18. Yes, moved to Texas in 2006, missed the best and worst years, road warrior but watching tv for the rest
  19. I appreciate the work he has done as much as anyone, and did not mean to say what CBG has done is anything less than fantastic. The recruits are a good point for UCF however they really did lose everybody and will be in a complete rebuild. And for the record I did not say a dumpster fire, I said a dumpster beginning to smell in the heat but not yet on fire. Bottom line they will be in the bottom quartile next year in the conference and you can take that to the bank.
  20. Light years is a stretch, they got squat. CBG had a dumpster fire of dog poop. Dawkins has a dumpster that smells but it just has not caught fire yet, name 2 or 3 players that they have that deserves to be starting in the AAC next year.
  21. It is all relative, he is a penny stock that surged to its highest level ever after the Duke game, nowhere to go but bankruptcy and liquidity from there so he cashed in. I agree the guy does not have the goods to play at the next level however it was the right move for him to go get paid for a while before he washes out.
  22. Exactly, other road games they open up to anyone and then prioritize however they must have thought they could sell the allotment strictly to season tix holders. May have to hit stubhub either way would like to see a lot of green.
  23. I have not seen where we have put them on sale yet?
  24. Was a junior but opted for the draft while his stock was high, went undrafted and signed with the Pelicans likely playing developmental ball. He realized the ship was sinking and opted for a lifeboat, they will be straight A$$ this year and has the makings of the team CBG inherited.
  25. It is devastating when it happens to you however many times pleasurable seeing the misery in others and their bed is full of shat. The timing is unique, they knew it was coming down and jumped ship to their new/old conference in attempt to save the BB team, jettisoned their football team in the process, I hope they continue to take on water.
