  1. I feel you. I have a feeling that RayJay is going to be even more empty this season. I am in Section 109 and it seemed like I was just one of about twenty total people in the section for home games last season. I am not sure who is still going to be left to watch Rice and Charlotte play.
  2. Maybe I am just old and don't remember, but did we ever get a return game from Nevada?
  3. Surprised to see the Miami game moved to next season. I will be surprised if we actually get to play NC State, Louisville and Notre Dame at home at the end of the 20's. Actually Notre Dame may still play in Tampa if we have the game at RayJay.
  4. Very true. I don't think Kelly should be fired, but I definitely do not think he is a great AD. Football and basketball need to start seeing some results. If Golesh is the second coming of Jeff Scott, I don't think Kelly will survive to hire a third coach.
  5. I received the same email today as well and my first thought upon seeing it was……man that home schedule is awful. Tampa is a major league town used to major league sporting events, and outside of Alabama, that home schedule is as minor league as it gets. Good thing we are moving on campus because minor league college football would not survive long term at RayJay
  6. I might have the whole section to myself when Rice and Charlotte are in town
  7. I can't wait to see Rice and Charlotte play at RayJay so I hope the schedule comes out tomorrow.
  8. My friends and I have joked that Charlie Strong burned down the program and Jeff Scott proceeded to piss on the ashes. Now Alex Golesh finds himself sifting through the residue.
  9. This is what i am hoping as well. But if Golesh ends up shyting the bed, Kelly shouldn't be allowed to hire a third coach IMO.
  10. I definitely like what I have seen and heard from Golesh so far. I am also intrigued by the QB and WR from California. From what i have read the WR may even be a step up from Jimmy Horn. Looking forward to seeing them in action.
  11. Just speculating here, but my guess is he sold Kelly on turning USF into Clemson south.
  12. Just goes to show you what a completely incompetent regime we had running things the past three seasons..........although I think deep down we all knew how incompetent they were that after the Tulane loss in 2021.
  13. So I guess Miami won't be our opponent to open up the new stadium.
  14. I am thinking that 2029 Notre Dame game will definitely be at RayJay
  15. Don’t blame you one bit for holding off on future donations
  16. I have always liked the NFL better than college football and that gap just widens as I see what college football is turning into. Go Raiders.
  17. I feel ya. I haven’t been to a USF football road game since the 2017 loss to ucf and I still have no desire to hit the road to see them play. Hell, even driving the hour from Bradenton to RayJay these past few years has been a chore, and RayJay gets more depressing by the year. I have no enthusiasm towards Golesh or next season at all. Hello apathy.
  18. Haha yes. From here on in I will always root against Clemson.
  19. Hopefully Weaver won’t sit out any games to ponder his future next season.
  20. I have been following since 97, and been a season ticket holder since 2002. These new AAC programs are garbage. End of story.
  21. I consider it a four year stretch of being a dumpster fire.......Strong's last season at 4-8, and then employing the worst FBS coach of all time and having him go 1-8, 2-10 and 1-11. If this program makes it to 100 years playing football, there may never be another four year run of futlity that we have just witnessed.
  22. Boy you are really trying to build up this new garbage AAC aren’t you ?
  23. My co-workers and I were just talking about this a couple of days ago. Scott won only 1 FBS game and did not win a single road game in three seasons. Think about that for a minute. 1 FBS win and zero road wins in three seasons. Its mind boggling that he didn't even luck into one road win. He is definitely in the running for the worst FBS coach of all time. He would be my pick.
