  1. It is currently moving west at 14mph. Storms like this don't typically speed up, if anything it will slow down as it hits land. Spaghetti models have it landing somewhere near the west palm area, which is 206 miles from us. If the storm continued moving at 14mph, we would have 14 hours from when it landed before it were to hit us. That should be plenty of time for it to not affect the game.
  2. I was watching the game at home and literally jumped out of my recliner I was so pumped haha.
  3. *Were. They have 3 new starters on their offensive line this year. They aren't known for anything yet.
  4. All I have to say is big whoop. Wisconsin's starting defensive line (they run a 3-4 so only 2 DE's and a nose tackle) average 291lbs (Loudermilk, 293; Williams, 300; Rand, 279) while our offensive line averages 316 lbs. Offensive lines typically weigh more than defensive lines while defensive lines are typically faster and more agile than offensive lines. 5. I Actually hadn’t heard anything about that until now. Could definitely work. I will let everyone know once I have the shirts next week.
  6. This has been something that has really bothered me over the last few years about Tampa. The large majority of the friends I made when I transferred to USF and moved to Tampa were people who were born and raised in the area. You would be surprised how hard it is to get them to come to a USF game though. Some of them even went to and graduated from USF, but won't come to a game unless we are playing a big name (FSU, UF, UCF, etc.). I throw tailgates for all of the country concerts at the amphitheater and can easily get 200 people to come, but when it comes to USF tailgates/games its like trying to push a 2-ton boulder up a hill with ski's on. It really pisses me off sometimes because often times I end up going to the game alone. I was hoping Wisconsin would be an opportunity to get some of them to come since it is a bigger opponent, but it just happens to be the same night as the Florida Georgia Line concert and most the people I know will be there haha. That being said, I did get a good group of people to come with me to the USF block party and they had a great time. Hoping this translates into getting them to come to games when there isn't a competing event happening.
  7. I dropped the order off on Wednesday the 14th and they said it would be 2 weeks at the most. So I should be picking them up by the 28th. Once I do I will organize a meet up for people who are local and want their shirt before wisky. I will mail everyone’s shirt who is not local or cannot make it to the meet up the day after I pick them up.
  8. USF bookstore or heads and tails off of kennedy are the only 2 places I have ever seen them.
  9. It was a pretty cool event. Each table had 2 players or coaches sitting with them. New president Steve Currall spoke, then Michael Kelly spoke, then CCS spoke. Veronica Cintron from Bay news 9 was the MC. The mayor was there and there was a pretty good turnout, around 500 people if I had to guess.
  10. Kickoff Luncheon is today. I will be there with a few of the partners from my firm. Anyone else going?
  11. If you ever need to get rid of a ticket below face value I will Venmo or PayPal you and you can transfer them to me .
  12. Anyone who I don't work out a meet up with prior to picking up the shirts will be shipped ASAP once I receive them.
  13. The shirts will be ready by Wednesday August 28th at the latest. I plan to have a meet up for those who would like to pick theirs up before the Wisky game.
  14. Ordering ended yesterday evening, however, I have not dropped off the order yet (plan to in about an hour). So PM @Brad and see if he can send you an invoice through Paypal.
  15. I have not dropped off the order yet, but planned to at lunch today. So that is a question for @Brad. He is on that Arizona time schedule though so give him some time to wake up
  16. The RJS lots only open 5 hours before Gametime. If your phone battery doesn’t last 5 hours I think it may be time to consider a new one . I have a generator, I’ll allow you to charge your phone on it
  17. The reason we added the name line is so that people can identify each other while at USF events (games, fan rally’s, fundraisers, etc). If you don’t care about people knowing you are “DELdaBull” then that is your prerogative. As long as it does not violate TheBullsPen policy for usernames and language, you can put whatever you want!
  18. Yep, if someone tries to sell you a paper ticket then then they are trying to steal your money. If you want to give the ticket to a friend, you either have to transfer it to them through ticketmaster or screenshot the ticket on your phone and text it to them. Some ticketing companies apps don't allow screenshots of tickets too, so in that case you would have to transfer it to them using the app. I have heard that if you take your phone with you to the box office, or if you purchase your ticket through the box office they will give you a physical ticket.
  19. I concur. Macon will have the biggest impact. Not only because he is a solid linebacker (hopefully), but he helps with our depth issue we had last year and now people like Greg Reeves can go back to their normal positions.
  20. Tickets for the lightning games are all e-tickets. You no longer have the ability to print them out. They did this because they had too many people selling fake "scalped" tickets outside the stadium. So now you either have a hard ticket that you bought from the ticket office or an e-ticket. No more paper "pdf" tickets.
  21. I plan to pm everyone that orders to confirm shipping addresses before I send them. So we will make sure we get yours to the right location!
