  1. Also throw in the fact that I would rather have a five year old calling our plays than Gilbert.
  2. If he transferred it wouldn't affect BB or BK, as both would be gone before he was eligible to play. It could affect CO however, as the two of them would be battling it out for the starting position in 2020.
  3. Just figured I would take this rare opportunity to point out that the men's basketball team is currently undefeated
  4. Holy crap, just walked outside and it was so cold that my nipples about ripped through my shirt. Should be great weather today!
  5. Not impressed. USF Girls are better. Go Bulls!
  6. Forecast calls for some @$$ whooping, lets just hope that its us that is giving it and not receiving it
  7. **** the tampa bay times. I'd rather watch paint dry than read the bull**** that they spew. Okay, rant over.
  8. Im butt hurt after losing to Houston two years in a row. Should we alert JK?
  9. DJ Durkin was only making $2.5m at Maryland. Maryland is no Ohio State or Alabama, so I can't see them paying CCS much more than what they were paying Durkin.
  10. Rumor has it that McCants did a cannon ball while jumping into the pool as a child and created what we now know as the "Green Wave". I guess you could say he is Tulane's Daddy...
  11. Haha now we are talking my language. Maryland is one of just a handful of states in which local governments levy their own personal income taxes in additional to the statewide income tax with a top rate of 5.75%. Specifically, counties in Maryland collect income taxes with rates ranging from 1.75% to 3.2%. So CCS would have to see around a 10% increase in base pay before he would see any real benefit.
  12. Almost any normal person would take a few million to do the same job. CCS isn't a normal person though considering he makes a few million a year already. A more accurate question is: At 58 years old, would you take a 3-5% pay raise to do the same job at a company with more name recognition, knowing that the work will be a lot more difficult because of the company's environment and current standing in public opinion?
  13. That may be true, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't be at least competitive against any P5 team. They have also had a weak schedule this year, but winning 20 in a row is still impressive even though I hate them with everything in me.
  14. It isnt that everyone needs to be included, but everyone should be represented at least. If you really believe that the AAC is a s*** conference, and that UCF winning 20 in a row is just a fluke (even though they beat an Auburn team who beat both the participants in last year's championship), then put your money where your mouth is and give them a shot. That's all I am asking. I'm just sick of the bias against G5 teams that the current system portrays. Expand the playoff to 8 teams, the five P5 champions, highest ranked G5 champion, and 2 at large bids. Then there's no debate, no bias. The best teams will be in.
  15. With all of these "[Insert Name Here] has got to go" threads, I figured I would start one with the only thing that I believe really needs to go, and that is the current College Football Playoff system. In our current society of inclusion, how is it that a system can be so biased against a specific group of people or teams (G5 teams) and get away with it? I mean 4-3 Iowa State? Really?
  16. The AAC poses the biggest threat to the P5 system right now, so they have to make sure they keep us away from the table and out of the discussion. This CFP system is complete horse s*** and I am starting to not care about college football anymore. Its a huge SEC gang bang and I want no part of it.

  18. The good thing is that a lot of the players involved in these flashes of greatness are young, and will be around for a while to continue being great.
  19. Before the season I had GT and UCF as toss-ups, but fully expected wins in every other game. After every game, however, my expectations have shifted closer to reality. I expected a loss to Houston (doesn't make it any easier) and expect a loss to UCF (rivalry game, so who knows). But now I have Cincy and Temple as toss ups. I predict a 9-3 record.
  20. Whelp, I have 2 pouches in due to that quick score. Shall we make it three? Lol
