    If the XFL leagues makes it a season I would be surprised. He has a family, so Canada may provide him with financial stability, and a way to stay in the game.

    I much as I love to hate on Holtz..... Holtz>Strong The divide is getting larger by the game too.

    Same. Stars don’t always equate to performance. But we need someone who can motivate and build guys up. I don’t think he know how’s to develop players or coach guys up.

    Until we know how much control Bell has over the offense it’s hard to place blame. CCS is notorious for not letting his coordinators do their job, but Bell should’ve done what he could to have them ready

    I don’t think it’s about being elite. We should be able to run with anyone and have pride in what we do. It’s embarrassing that under the coach the team seems to have lost its pride and there is a bit of quit in the ranks. Also I’m not sure he can evaluate talent.

    4. We don’t fire CCS. Suffer the worst three seasons in our history and get demoted to the Gulf South Conference

    Cut bait and see if Bell can handle it. If not we will assess and move fast at the end of the season. I do agree that Jeff Scott should be on the short list of people to interview first. Is the vaccum a dyson? If so we may consider, but I don’t think we would hire a dirt devil. Briles though? Seems too toxic. Strong has really traumatized the fan base. The lows are lower and the highs are lower.

    Both offenses looked offensive, so I’m sure they could’ve used the help.

    I’m hoping for 10-2, but I’m thinking 8-4 realistically. I think we take a step forward, but still have room for improvement. No slide like last season though.

    If we can put up points in bunches we will be in most games this season. If we can play decent defense we may win a bunch of games this year. I’m hoping we can get it together and surprise some folks, but that’s on Coach
