Maryland just blocked a field goal attempt and ran it back.   Mayrland 21 and Herman's Texas is 7.   Tough day for Herman so far.  Not a great showing.

Texas is 30 seconds from knocking off #4 USC. That win would make a lot of people forget about the Maryland loss
